One Day. Eight Hours. Five Discipline Tracks.
Empowering 600+ Builders Across Lagos
Lagos
August 2026
Countdown to 3TE 2026
Where Design, Data, and Code Collide.
3TE 2026 is a one-day learning summit for designers, developers, data professionals, product builders, and emerging technologists. It brings these disciplines into one room to grapple with a single, urgent question: how do we build with AI tools as part of our daily craft, without sacrificing user centricity, empathy, and trust?
This is the question of the moment. Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, Figma AI and the wider category of AI-assisted work tools are reshaping what design, engineering, data, and product work look like in 2026. The craft of building is changing in real time. 3TE is the room where Africa's builders gather to make sense of that change together.
Human-Centred AI Focus
Every session, panel, and breakout is centred on how AI should be integrated into product development without losing user centricity, empathy, or trust.
Cross-Disciplinary by Design
Five discipline-specific tracks, brought into one room. Designers, developers, data professionals, product managers, and emerging technologists, all learning together.
8 Hours. 600+ Builders. One Movement.
Five Beliefs That Anchor Every Session.
3TE is not a neutral event. Every speaker, every facilitator, and every conversation is anchored in five core convictions about how AI should be built in Africa.
AI tools should sharpen our craft, not substitute for it. The judgement, taste, and responsibility stay with the builder.
User centricity is not optional. Speed from AI tools is only worth what it ships to users.
Working with AI is now a cross-disciplinary craft. Every discipline is using these tools, and the failure modes are shared.
Trust, transparency, and fairness must be intentional.
The future of building with AI in Africa must be developed responsibly and locally. Africa's builders must develop their own craft with these tools, not import someone else's.
Built for Every Builder
3TE is intentionally cross-disciplinary. If you build, design, analyse, or lead the development of digital products, there is a track here for you.
