The Tech Tribe Charitable Foundation is a non-profit registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria (Reg. No. 7337940). We run free learning communities, mentorship and events for people building careers in technology.

Why partner with us
Our mission is to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity in technology, so that access to skills, mentorship and professional growth is not limited by background, geography or financial means.
Since 2022 our community has grown to more than 1,000 members across two active Tribes, with more than 20 volunteer mentors. Our programmes focus mainly on young people aged 15 to 35, and they are free.

How organisations can help
Fund a programme
Support a mentorship cycle, a Tribe or our monthly sessions. Funding covers the tools, facilitation and running costs that keep them free for members.
Share expertise
Your team can host a session, review portfolios, run a workshop or join our mentor network. It is a meaningful way for staff to give back.
Give in-kind support
Venues, equipment, software licences, printing, photography and design help all make a real difference to what we can offer.
Media and community partners
Newsletters, podcasts, publications and communities can help more learners find us, and we are happy to collaborate on content.
Future events
The Tech Tribe Experience (3TE), our planned learning summit in Lagos, is on hold. If you would like to hear when planning restarts, mention it in your enquiry.

An engaged, growing community
Our members are designers, data analysts, developers, product people and students, many of them at the start of their careers. They join to learn practical skills, get feedback on their work and find mentors who can help them take the next step.
Our UX Designers Tribe has more than 800 members and our Data Tribe more than 70, and we plan to open Tribes for developers, UX writers and content designers, and product managers.
